if we increase the temp so large no of electrons jumbs from valence energy band to conduction energy band .when there are alarge no of electrons in conduction band to the conduction increase means this simiconductor can conduct easyly.
thanx

Metals are conductors. Semiconductors are usually non-metals or metalloids.
The connection between a metalloid and a semiconductor is that metalloids are used in electronics as semiconductors. A semiconductor doesn't conduct electricity as well as a metal, but does conduct electricity better than a nonmetal.
Metalloids and semiconductors have similar properties due to their intermediate characteristics between metals and nonmetals. Both can conduct electricity to some extent, with metalloids having properties of both conductors and insulators, while semiconductors are used in electronic devices due to their ability to control the flow of current.
A material's ability to conduct electricity is determined by its conductivity, which is a measure of how easily electrons can flow through it. Metals typically have high electrical conductivity, while insulators have low conductivity. Semiconductors fall in between and can be controlled to conduct electricity under certain conditions.
Semiconductors are elements belonging to the metalloid group on the periodic table, with properties that lie between those of metals and nonmetals. Silicon and germanium are the most common semiconductors used in electronic devices due to their ability to conduct electricity under certain conditions.
There are conductors, semiconductors and insulators. Conductors and semiconductors could be considered noninsulators, so I would say copper but if you want to use semiconductors instead you can say something like doped gallium.
Silicon is a naturally occurring chemical element that is known for its crystalline structure, making it transparent. It is commonly used in the production of glass and semiconductors because of its clarity and ability to conduct electricity.
the current will increase
You could decrease the volume available to the gas or by increasing the kinetic energy of the particles. Although, after initial increase in temperature, the gas loses its ability to expand on increase in temperature.
it decreases solubility.... by damion /\
Increasing the temperature the solubility also increase.
Materials known as semiconductors have the unique ability to conduct electricity like metals under certain conditions while acting as insulators like nonmetals under others. Their conductivity can be modified through the introduction of impurities (doping) or by changing temperature, which allows them to perform essential functions in electronic devices. Silicon is a common example of a semiconductor used in transistors and diodes.
