Because EA Sports stuffed up some how and if you notice many of the players behaviors and their likeness and there style and face and all that are exactly the same as they were on FIFA 07. Ea hav just taken a massive shortcut which has backfired so my advice is just don't buy it on the psp. In my opinion PES is a better soccer game to play on the psp. :)
