the temature for your nails is cold cause warm will just wipe off and you can also put an ice cube on your nails and it will dry. P.S I just did this it worked

Yes it does ! if you normally leave 1 hand under the water for 2minutes and same to the other ! they should be dry !

Cold water does not help nail polish dry. Its makes your nail polish come off.
