3 possibilities and none of them are good: 1. Blown head gasket (almost always caused by an overheated engine) 2. Cracked head (almost always caused by an overheated engine) 3. Cracked block (almost always caused by an overheated engine)
No It Can Not.

Oil can enter the crankcase of a Detroit 60 Series engine through several means, primarily during the lubrication process. As the engine operates, oil is circulated from the oil pan to lubricate moving parts, and any excess or leaks can accumulate in the crankcase. Additionally, oil can enter the crankcase due to engine wear, such as worn piston rings or valve seals, which can allow oil to bypass and mix with combustion gases. Lastly, faulty gaskets or seals can also contribute to oil entering the crankcase from outside sources.

Exhaust gas recirculation and crankcase ventilation are two different things, and not related. EGR allows some exhaust gas to enter the combustion chamber to reduce combustion temperature, crankcase ventilation usec a pcv to remove oil vapor from the crankcase.
the valves or rings are allowing compression blow by to enter the crankcase which causes excess pressure that is brought to the carburetor by the breather tube. your engine is getting tired or you have too much oil in the crankcase.
Excessive crankcase pressure is often caused by a combination of factors, including worn piston rings, which allow combustion gases to escape into the crankcase, and a clogged or malfunctioning PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) system that fails to vent these gases properly. Other contributing factors can include excessive oil consumption, poor engine ventilation, and engine blow-by, where gases bypass the piston and enter the crankcase. This buildup of pressure can lead to oil leaks, seal failures, and reduced engine performance.
You are allowing coolant to enter the combustion chamber. AND You replace the head!

I assume you are asking if this will harm the engine. The answer is no, it will do no harm to the engine. It will however, possibly allow exhaust gases to enter the passenger compartment, and as you know, that can be deadly. If it were my truck, I would have it repaired or replaced, and not take that chance.
