For a material to conduct electricity it needs to have free charge carriers. I.e. particles with charge that can move around the material.
Distilled water, or pure water only contains H2O molecules, which are neutral. Rainwater on the other hand also contains other materials such as salt, which in water falls apart into positive and negative ions. These are serviceable charge carriers, and therefore rainwater can conduct electricity.
because distilled water has been stripped of every impurity and it only contains 2 hydrogen atoms and 1 oxygen atom in a molecule and they do not conduct electricity therefore it cannot conduct electricity.

Most ionic solids cannot conduct electricity in the solid phase. They only do so in the liquid phase. While they are solid, the ions in the ionic solid are fixed in their lattice so cannot move to conduct electricity whereas in the liquid phase, the ions are free and mobile and can act as charge carriers for electricity.
Battery charging depletes hydrogen ions in both lead-acid batteries and Edison batteries. This reduces the liquid levels, because the hydrogen turns to a gas and dissipates into the atmosphere. This needs to be replaced with distilled water. When the hydrometer indicates the acid density has dropped below 1.2 (20% heavier than water) then the acid needs to be replaced in the battery.
no,if it is dissolved in solutions it conducts electricity through electron the electricity means flow of electrons.
an electromagnet is a magnet which is activated by electricity and it ceases to be a magnet once the electric supply is stopped whereas a magnet is a natural magnet which does not need electricity and continues to be a magnet whether it is supplied by electricity or not.
insulatorsConductors conduct electricity, whereas inducers have trouble carrying electrical charges.

Conductors conduct electricity because most of them are made of metals and metals are good conductors of electricity while insulators are made of rubber and rubber does not conduct electricity. To conduct electricity, the atoms that make up the material, have to have free electrons that can pass a charge on. Metals have these free electrons, whereas insulators do not.
Pure water does not conduct electricity (insulator) whereas water with dissolved impurities can conduct electricity fairly well (conductor). Water is considered as a universal solvents. Water is absolutely essential for all the chemical reactions in our body.

solid nacl although contains ions and is an electrolyte does not conduct electricity because it does not have free valency electrons to move and thus the e- are bounded and this is the reason it does not conduct electricity
Because seawater has particles in it that can be filtered whereas distilled water is pure
we know that ions conduct electricity. ions in the solid state are not free whereas they are free in the molten or the liquid state. the conduction is much easier by the ions in this state

The flavor and coloring is different. Rice vinegar is derived from rice. Whereas distilled vinegar isn't distilled, it is made from distilled alcohol which most of the time is derived from corn.
insulators do not allow electricity to pass through them whereas conductors allow electricity to pass through them.
It is important because fire equipment that has not been rated for electrical fire use may conduct electricity and electro-fry the user, whereas equipment such as electrically rated fire extinguishers (class C) will not conduct electricity, therefore keeping the operator safe. If you want more information on fire extinguishers such as different types and which instance to use them I have provided a link with this post.
