Frequently while slowing down to my 1991 caravan stops. I have to turn the key and restart it or it will stop completely. Why does this happen.

You are decelerating, and as you do so you are transfering quite a bit of energy to the brakes. That is why brakes can get very hot. The kinetic energy of the moving car is converted to friction on the brake pads.
Take a look at the intake manifold gasket could have a leak. This problem could cause your 94 to stall when slowing down or coming to a stop. This may not be the problem but not uncommon for these cars at high millage.
Perhaps a vacuum leak
I would check for any fault codes first with an obd tool, is the check engine light on?

i think it is the fan and or compresser slowing down
To signal to other drivers that you're about to turn, so they can anticipate what you'll do next and respond accordingly, for example, backing off and increasing their following distance in anticipation of you slowing down to execute your turn.
You can either turn quickly to the sides to decrease friction, thus slowing down, or for begginers, just slightly tilt your skiis inwards(but do not cross them)
