Why does engine turn over but won't start on a 1993 Chevy lumina?
One reason a 1993 Chevy Lumina may turn over but not start could be the battery. It may also be the spark plugs.
You have a 1993 Chevy Lumina and when you accelerate to high RPMs the engine starts to choke and then cuts out after a while What could be wrong?
i got the same thing i think is it spraying on to the engine where it connects its from the plastic they place over the engine it presses down on it and it can start fire dealer didnt want anything to do with it says 5 hr of work at least i think he dont want to get gas on him anyway the parts are hard to find
What is a list of parts to replace that will enhance an engines performance ....1993 Chevy Lumina....?
The simplest way to recharge a GOOD battery is to simply jump start and drive the vehicle for twenty to thirty minutes. The above answer is not a good idea if the battery was so weak it will not start the engine. You may damage the alternator by using it to charge a dead battery. You should charge the battery with a battery charger. That is the safest way.
