Check to see if you have a vacuum leak somewhere. I had a problem like this and found two vacuum leaks. once the leaks were fixed the Idle improved and the vibration stopped. Well, as far as I know its not supposed to idle at 600rpm. Mine idles at 900-1000, there are times I stop fast at a stop light and they will go down for a second then come back up. When it does this my car vibrates. So I would increase your idle rpm.
