- Not everyone thinks that your best friend is your enemy. What some people feel is an individual should be extremely careful that the person they have chosen to be their best friend is loyal; trustworthy and knows how to keep things confidential (not telling others what you have told them.) Having a best friend means you tell them things you would not tell anyone else and if that best friend is not truly a good friend they have a lot of your secrets they could spread around.
