If you are on a phone and are not on the official mobile version, you may not be able to see the security code. Otherwise, you may either have odd NoScript options or have disabled images. 'Invalid security code' means you need to enter what you see from a CAPTCHA box that produces distorted letters. This is to prevent bots from registering with the site.
