The brake rotors are either warped or scored, or the pads are close to worn out. Warping can be caused by over-tightening the lug nuts or from hard stopping from high speeds which will cause the rotors to overheat and warp.
Scoring can occur as a result of natural wear and age. Pad wear can be accelerated by mechanical faults, but will eventually appear on any vehicle that's in regular use.
Note: Uneven application of braking power at high speeds, caused by the heat that is made between the rotor and the brake pad; this is causing uneven stresses in the rotor. Such heavy brake usage aggravates the situation by providing uneven wearing along the circumference of the braking surface.
If the rotors are warped it can cause a shake when you hit the brakes.
replace the front brakes and rotors
you need your rotors turned or replaced. not hard or that expensive to do yourself. will be a bit pricey if you have someone do it. Front sway bar bushing worn out! Apply brakes in parking lot & if wheel moves from center position towards rear of front fender , You will need new bushings!! Lincoln has them still.
Your rotors are warped. You need new brake pads and the rotors turned at a machine shop or replaced.
Warped brake rotor.Warped brake rotor.
I replaced the front brakes on my 92 camaro, it still pulls hard right when u hit the brakes??
that way when they hit brakes randomly you don't end up tailgating them or hitting them.
Most probably
im awsome it like panckes no shake it up is not going to end until season 6
you. you hit him.
I don't know why your front end rattles, only my back end rattles. XD
When you hit the bump and you have the brakes applied, the tire will lock up when the tire is air-born for a moment.
