Hi, If you are certain it is just one wheel. Then check the wheel bearing. Jack the wheel off the floor hold the top and bottom of the wheel and see if it moves in & out. If so then a new wheel bearing is required. Tire out of balance, bent wheel, or a tire that has a broken belt, or flat spot.
It should be right around $60
Possible bent rim or tire out of round.(defective) answer tire out of balance is the best place and cheapest place to start
I have a Chrysler Cirrus , and I just got my wheel front passenger side fixed... 208 dollars. I'm pissed
Open the hood and it is right in front of the steering wheel on the right side of the car ( looking from the front). Undo the cap and fill it up. Not sure how much though. Sorry
The front wheel is much bigger than the rear wheel.

Raise front wheel and try to move it side to side (with out moving the other front wheel) side to side slop means worn out steering linkage or control arm. Front right. You'll pretty much need to remove the plastic fender from the right tire wheel well to get at it. About 10 screws; it's not too difficult.
A huge front wheel, with pedals at the hub, trailed by a much smaller rear wheel. The rider sat almost on top of the huge front wheel.
Stong possiblity of tire balance problem. If you live in a cold weather State as I do, you may have ice built up on the inside of the rim causing an imbalance. Front wheels are the likely focal point.
$150.00 on a Mustang.
Front wheel drive.
