Has the fuel pump been replaced recently ? Ther fuel tank needs to be dropped again and the float needs to be repositioned
also, check the wiper connected to the float. make sure that it's clean, making good contact, and working correctly. be careful as the coiled wire that makes up this device is very light gauge stuff and could be damaged easily. if it has turned green, you can clean it with steel wool or preferably something that won't shed particles. if you use steel wool, be sure and use some compressed air to blow off all the steel wool particles. also, it would be a good idea to not get any of that stuff in your fuel pump. either remove the wiper from the fuel pump assembly before cleaning, wrap it all up in plastic, or use a fine sandpaper with an equivalent grit to fine steel wool. you can check that the wiper works correctly by connecting an ohm meter to the wiper leads and moving the float by hand. the resistance should change accordingly. if there is no resistance, the wiper coil is broken and needs to be replaced.
The gauge or sensor needs to be replaced.
Either the gauge is broken or the sender is broken.
You need a new fuel pump
probably no gas, if there is gas then your gauge in the tank is broken or frozen
Failed gauge, wiring, or level sensor.
Float could be stuck in the tank or the ground wire on the tank is broke.
you should go to a car shop for that one!:)
fuel sending unit broken wire or gauge is bad
bad sending unit in tank.
Most Likly a fuel sender problem
fuel sensor in the gas tank is bad or the wires to it are loose or broken.
The sending unit in the tank has failed. It attaches to the side of the fuel pump module. You have to remove the fuel tank to access.
