grief is different to everybody and cant be defined but explained in general similarities. grief usually involves crying, illness and sadness.
- people feel the lose of a person was there fault

- people try and reason with the reality, for example "I'll be good if you come back"

- regrets
- anger
- hatred
- a feeling of abandonment and loneliness's
- people very often feel lost in life and wont know what to do with themselves. they will have an idea in mind like going for a walk but rather than getting up and going for a walk they will simply sit and think about all the difficulties of going on such a walk
- happy
- joy
- peace
- even contempt

How long can someone with ADHD sit still for?
There are too many variables to give an answer. The person, their degree of ADHD, if they are on medications or not and individual habits and energy levels are some of the variables that affect different people differently. Some days are better than others and some activities or locations can affect the person's ability to focus and remain seated.
