The general acceptance is that the Grim Reaper is a mythological figure, or anthropomorphic personification of death. In the legends he claims a soul by striking them with a mystical scythe.
He is a skeleton with a long black cloak and a scythe that can rip your soul out.
The grim reaper's traditional second weapon is a scythe, often depicted as a long-handled tool with a curved blade used for harvesting crops. Symbolically, it represents the harvesting or cutting of life, which the grim reaper is said to do when it comes to claim a person's soul.
The Grim Reaper is a mythical creature that supposedly comes and takes your soul away when you are ready to die. It is a common personification of death in western literature and art, often in the form of a human skeleton in a black robe and cowl, carrying a scythe.
I don't think so. I don't personally believe in the Grim Reaper but the idea is that he does not kill people but merely is there to collect them when they do die. Dead people never meet the reaper. He comes after you while youre alive and when youre time is up, HE KILLS YOU! He reaps your soul with his scythe. Bad dude.
Nowhere. The Grim Reaper is always on the go relentlessly marching to slay his next victim.
Nobody knows.
Death, Shinigami, Soul Reaper, The Forth Horseman, The Guide to the Afterlife
Personally i don't know but i don't think they are since the grim reaper takes your soul after you die, where the horseman of death brings the 4th seal "Death" killing everything that has life.
In the manga, Soul does become a Death Scythe, but in the anime he does not.
This means that the soul reaper can go on as a soul reaper but he/ she doesn't have the authority of one.
The Soul Scythe is a non-member weapon which can be obtained by defeating the Soulseeker who can be found in Marsh 2.
