Why does hair seem greasy right after you wash and blow dry it?

mine is the opposite... if i don't blow dry it it goes greasy. i recommend using pantene aqua light, or ice shine... it's clear so contains no creamy mixes to make your hair greasy. i do skip conditioner but use elvive colour protect conditioning spray which is light and makes your hair soft. wash your hair twice and then put a towel on it. and make sure you rinse it properly. dont use protect spray as it will weigh your hair down. eat lots of nuts and drink milk and have oily foods like fish will will let your hair make its own oils.
