no, it does not.
You can, it turns the ink yellow-orange because it gets rid of the blue ink. I suspect that if you bleach it often or long enough, then most if not almost all of the ink will come off.
make natural ink then thicken it
yes
Ink is much thicker than toner. Generally, toner is used for backgrounds in pictures, or shadings, where ink is used to make defined marks or lines.
Yes. Anything that is applied to the surface of your skin will come off either by rubbing, with water or oil, exfoliation, or when your skin rejuvenates itself.
No.
It forces the ink into your skin.
It's just ink on your skin. It will make your skin really sensitive after you get one though, and for a little while it will hurt when you touch it.
My son got bingo dauber all over him, how do I remove it?
Soap and water, hats all you need. Don't worry ball point ink does come off unless its permanent.
The ink is injected deeper that the layers of skin which are shed.
If it doesn't go deep enough into the skin then the skin could reject the ink or get infected.

No, the ink goes no further that the skin.
skin candy
Usually I would be recommending people NOT to use India Ink, but if it is just for practice on fake skin, the India Ink will be more than satisfactory. Since what you are tattooing is more akin to plastic than skin, it won't bleed like it would in the skin, and will allow you to hone your lining skills.
