An object at rest cannot start moving with no forces.
It will stay at rest and only start moving if a force is applied.
If its a technical direction of a product, it is how u set it up. How u build it, or how you start it. For example... Press the Start button twice to start this program/product. Hope that helps... :)
To make an object start moving is called acceleration, and it is done by exerting force on that object.
Sound is a moving along as a wave in the air. The pitch you hear depends on how many waves per second impinge on your ear. When you move towards the source, more waves pass you each second ---> higher pitch. Why do more waves pass you each second when you move toward the source ? Try this: Think of standing at the bottom of an escalator, with the steps coming down toward you. Now, if you start walking up the staircase next to the escalator, the escalator steps will pass you faster ---> more of them each second.

There is none. Let's say you and the earth were the only 2 objects in our Universe. The two of you would immediately start falling toward EACH OTHER. Of course, with earth being a gigantatillion times bigger than you, all you would notice (if you had delicate instruments to measure your movement) is you falling toward earth. So there is no definite distance from earth before you start falling toward it. In reality, there are trillions of stars and gazillions of tons of space dust - you would fall toward them instead of toward earth, but there would STILL be a tiny tiny amount of falling toward earth.

Objects start out as either a rest or moving. If they are at rest, they require a force to be applied for them to start moving. If they are moving, they require a force to either slow them down or to make them stop. That means that once something starts moving, it will move forever, unless a force slows it down. The catch is that the force can be friction.
