Well my boyfriends brother tends to look at me alot too...its kinda creepy. like when were kissing he will walk in and just smile at me and say i bet ur having a good time to his brother. so i have came to a conclusion that we either are too pretty and he cant stand to look at anything but us or he might just be caught staring at you in deep thought about his own life.so i think its that he probably likes you but i would stay away from him. you could make your boyfriend mad easily. because we both know girls have the attendency to flirt with guys on accident. so i hope this helped if your confused just write back

This same problem happened to me once and know what I did? I liked the older one better but didn't want the younger to feel bad so I just found a random cute guy, learned his name and started to date. We broke up a year later so I wouldn't take my advice except for the #1. and #2. statements.
