Why does Ashfur try to kill Squirrleflight and her kits?
Ashfur tries to murder Squirrleflight, Hollyleaf, Lionblaze, and Jayfeather because when Brambleclaw and Squirrleflight got in a fight Squirrleflight grew close to Ashfur. So when Squirrleflight and Brambleclaw make up and become mates Ashfur get furious. So when the clan believes Squirrleflight had Brambleclaw's kits. Ashfur blocks the only way out of camp when Squirrleflight and her kits are still in camp when there is a fire. Squirrleflight tells Ashfur that they aren't her kits but she doesn't tell whoes kits they are. In the book Sunrise Hollyleaf murders Ashfur before a gathering because he was going to announce that Hollyleaf and her littermates weren't Squirrleflight's kits. So when Leafpool tells Hollyleaf she knows that she killed Ashfur Hollyleaf runs away to the underground tunnels. they collapse on her and she died. Some people believe she is still alive. (Hollyleaf, Lionblaze, and Jayfeather work out that Leafpool is their mother. While Jayfeather was dreaming StarClan came to him and gave him a crow feather. NO! Even though Hollyleaf was angry and really going crazy because she had learned she was half WindClan and that her mother was Leafpool, she was not an evil cat. She killed Ashfur, but then she was not thinking clearly. She was probably ashamed that she was half-Clan and had a medicine cat mother, and that is why she killed Ashfur, because he was going to tell everyone the truth at the Gathering, and because she ran into the tunnels and probably died. Hollyleaf was mainly a good cat, and my fav cat in the power of three. She went to StarClan. I mean, what she did is practically nothing compared to Tigerstar, Brokenstar, Hawkfrost, and Darkstripe.

Will Crowfeather know that he has kits in Thunderclan?
In sunrise Jayfeather,LionBlaze and Hollyleaf tried to tell him they were his kits and he said they weren't then at the gathering Hollyleaf explained to everyone that Crowfeather was her father and he still refused Leafpool even said something. Basically, he didn't know he had kits.
