Ensure you have the correct spelling and format of the player name otherwise it will not work.

There is no such thing as "The Godfather" on Howrse. Actually, it does exist. It just means you need to put in a name of someone who introduced you to the game. It is really stupid. Although it you don't write anything, it works.

This is the person who introduced you to the game. Either leave this box blank, or check you have the exact spelling of the username correct.
