Console Games require a hard work, and trust me, as a programmer it is VERY hard to create a satisfying game. Not to mention that it exceed or at least become as successful as GTA, Guitar Hero and so on. Creating a game requires advanced technology plus lots of people behind it and that is what makes it expensive. It's worth the cash though, as long as you're not buying
