Today we can see what happens to countries who go soft on raising children. It very much leads to the break down of families. God knew this when He gave the fifth commandment, but just as the Jews did not obey God's laws (Mark 20) we see others countries doing the same today and these nations will face the consequence's.

God did not say that. It is nowhere in the Bible, and directly contradicts God's word in Deuteronomy 24:16 Fathers shall not be put to death for their children, nor children put to death for their fathers; each is to die for his own sin; and Jeremiah 31:29-30, "In those days they shall say no more, The fathers have eaten a sour grape, and the children's teeth are set on edge. But every one shall die for his own iniquity: every man that eats the sour grape, his teeth shall be set on edge."
