One of two possible problems.
First exchange lock and unlock relays (see Owner's manual). The two identical relays are in the fuse box at the end of the driver's side of the dash - they have the exact same model number. Once you exchange their places, try your fob and see if the problem has reversed itself. If so, you have a bad relay and need to replace it. Consider replacing both of them while you are at it.
Second, contacts on inside of fob - the unlock side - may be dirty. Try cleaning them and see what happens.
