All valid globes are accurate, so it depends on who made the map! If you mean detailed, then it depends on what map you are reffering to. A world map should be just as detailed as a globe.
A physical map shows the elevation. A political map shows more detail about the place than a Physical map does.
The simplest way to put it would be to say borders move more than mountains.
