Not sure if it's the same problem mine had, but there might be a vacuum leak in the PCV pipe. I had that happen when I'd turn a corner or come to a stop light and it would conk-out.
I had a 92 PA that did the same thing. It turned out to be the crank sensor that was temperature sensitive. Later the cam sensor caused the same problem. The failure of either one will cause the engine to die. After the engine cools, it would start again. Reading out the error code should tell if either are bad.
Hello Friend, I had a Golf not a Buick, nevertheless almost any car if you pull the battery cables off for about 5 - 10 minutes, resets the computer. if that doesn't work, try it again pulling again for a little longer and remove the car's ECU (computer) chip. It might not only reset the brake light but everything else. hope it works
the car wants you to take it to a local service...
I saw The Doobies in the summer of 2010, and again in August 2011. Neither show included Skylark on bass guitar.
Bad flasher? Switch? Bulbs? you may also have a short in your steering column, i had a similar problem and after merely adjusting the steering wheel height and playing around with the blinker they started working again, good luck
The reason you have to wait a couple minutes for it to move again is because the circuit breaker has popped and it resets itself after it has cooled off. The reasons the circuit breaker pops in the first place could be, a faulty circuit breaker, a faulty power window motor or the window track is binding.
I'd check the fuel filter first. Already did that. Any other ideas?
Disconnect the battery for couple minutes. But if you have problems with your engine or other monitored systems the light will go on again.
the five minute warning
As I recall, it was a matter of turning off the radio, pressing SET, and then holding SEEK or SCAN to set the hours or minutes. When finished, press SET again.
You could either do it the hard way by taking out the back seat (no kidding) or you can empty out your trunk, get some pliers and twist the screws on the speakers upwards and remove them through the open space that way (again, no kidding). I have a '95 Skylark and it worked that way when I replaced my speakers. Use #4 bolts, nuts and lockwashers when putting the new speakers in. The trickiest part is getting all 4 bolts through the 4 holes at once.
you do not have to prime them just turn the key on for few secounds without starting the car and let the fuel pump run for a few mins then do it again then start the car you should not have to bleed them as i did not on my car when i took everything off to do a head gasket and im a ase certified technician
sadly no
