If the a/c system is charged up correctly meaning the pressures are correct then you will need to either scan the vehicle for a/c codes or check it manually...
1. Check and make sure that the a/c - heater controls are working in all positions..
2. Check to make sure that all of the a/c - heater doors are working..
3. If all of the above are working then it is very possible that you might have a clogged up or restricted evaporator.
