If the heater hoses are hot and circulating hot water through the heater core, the problem is almost always with the blend doors. This is a very common failure on the GC. Check heatertreater.net for diagnostic processes and pictures.
The dealer will have to remove the dash and plenum box, about 8hrs labor. Depending on location and dealer, this is very expensive. The web site above will help you do it yourself at a fraction of what a dealer will charge.
