-check the engine belt there's probably a bit to much friction. try with some belt dressing to see if it stops the squealing its about 5 bucks
Typically vehicles that use hydraulic lifters & have more miles on them, tend to have a tapping sound until the engine is "warmed up." The hydraulic valve train is designed to eliminate the gap at all operating temperatures, though overtime the lifters wear out and don't fill with oil as quickly resulting in the tapping sound you hear until the engine has warmed up, and the lifters have been properly filled and lubricated.
It is normal in cold weather, it's just the knock sensors. If however, it still ticks after engine is warmed up, e.g after driving for 20-25 minutes, get someone to look at it.
its just your fuel pump. dont worry. that just means its working well
Every engine makes a sound when starting ... please be more specific.
I believe the sound parrots make is well.. squawking? But they're also one of they only animals to make the same sounds like a human they may not understand what they are saying but i think that it is pretty impressive.
Engine lope refers to the sound of an engine at idle speed. A stock engine idles very smoothly. An engine with a high performance camshaft will tend to sound more uneven. It almost takes on a sound similar to a galloping horse.
Change the oil and install a quality filter such as Purolator, Wix, AC/Delco, etc. Use the correct weight oil for your engine as recommended by the manufacture. If you still hear the knock at startup, this is a sign the engine bearings are worn. Nothing will fix this short of an overhaul.
because its either cold and not warmed up or you lifters are knocking but the would be a louder knocking sound

Yes, "Island of the Blue Dolphins" includes instances of onomatopoeia, such as the sound of waves crashing, seagulls squawking, and dolphins clicking. These words mimic the actual sounds they represent, adding sensory detail to the scenes.
An engine might sound like a diesel at operating temperature if the engine was a diesel or if there was an issue with the manifold. Sometimes gases escaping the manifold cover could cause the engine to sound different.
If the sound is coming from inside the engine, an internal part has failed. If the sound is coming from inside the engine, an internal part has failed.
