Why does my German shepherd 4 mos. old pee when we got home or when we go out to the patio to see her or touch her?

This is sign of anexity your puppy misses you when your gone,and he gets overly excited when you come home and pet him.There is no way to stop it, but luckly he should grow out of it soon

You should call animal control in your town and file a complaint. I would then sue the owner of the German Shepherd IF your dog was on a leash, the German Shepherd was NOT on a leash and IF your dog was not on the German Shepherd's property.I'm sorry for your loss, that is terrible :(
