If you have a multi port fuel injected 6 cyl, it's probably the idle air control. I have
replaced mine a couple of times over the years. 2 screws and it plugs into the
throttle body next to the throttle position sensor. Costs around $60.
Jeep Comanche was created in 1985.
The price of a Jeep Comanche ranges greatly depending on the car's model year. A 1989 Jeep Comanche costs roughly $3000, while a 1988 Jeep Comanche can cost anywhere from $2000 to $4000.
Idle is computer controlled and can NOT be adjusted.
No, Cherokee is a wagon, and the Comanche is a pickup, but on the years they were made the parts will be the same.
Idle is not adjustable. You have a electrical or vacuum issue that needs diagnosed.
You shouldn't have to, check for vacuum intake leaks
