Check the alternator output with a voltmeter Without engine running and a fully charged battery reading should be about 12.8 volts With engine running reading should be 13.8-14.2 volts May be a bad alternator

It definitely sounds like a fuel problem, the first thing I would do is change the fuel filter .

Check your fuse to your electric radiator cooling fan system.Open the hood see if your electric fan starts automatically when motor is running Or your fuel pump is not feeiing the engine with coolant.
