This is usually a sign that your battery is dead or close to it. sometimes it can be a faulty starter though or even starter solenoid/relay.
Try replacing the distributor

i had the same problem. i have a two door 97 Toyota tercel with auto transmission. it was a fuse for the ful injector. there was an extra one in the black fuse box under the hood. try this

Look at the bottom of the engine try to follow the + battery cable
5 W 30 try to use sythentic blend which will help protect your motor during cold start ups.
Try to use Toyota speaker adapter plugs so you don't need to cut wires and mess the electric system up. You can get them from Ebay or Amazon.
To give a generic answer, it kinda depends on what type of click. If it is a rapid click-click-click-click... it is probably a dead (or near dead) battery. If it is just one solid "click", it is probably your starter. The single click is the sound of the selinoid clicking in to try to engage the starter. If the starter is faulty, it won't engage and turn your engine over to start.
Any Decent Weber or Holley would fit. Try looking though Ebay and using the compatibility chart.
try using a key
You should just be able to pop off the hubcaps. try using a crowbar or someother similar object for some leverage.
