IT could happen for many reasons. If it also actuates horn, then it is very likely that you have a faulty door lock actuator. This is a pretty common issue on BA -BF falcons.

You can easily diagnose this problem by listening for a ratcheting noise coming from a door lock/latch assembly inside your doors at the moment you depress LOCK or UNLOCK. A door that make such a sound needs a new lock assembly.

If there is no any ratcheting , then it could be an electronic control issue caused by BEM( Body Electronics module)
