This may sound weird but check your wiper switch.
I had the same thing happen in my Toyota, the intermittent wipers quit working but the relay would still click like blinkers do, after searching all around I bumped the wiper switch by accident and the noise quit. Living in Nevada I use the wipers about once a year so I never noticed that the intermittent part had quit.
If that is not it is is still some relay clicking on and off so track down the noise and find out what it contriols.
the hazard switch has two sets of contacts. when hazards turned on, blinkers cannot work, even if hazards dont work.for blinkers to work, hazard sw must be in off position-this reconnects blinker circuits to work normally. BUT-the contacts in the hazard sw get dirty and wont reconnect the blinkers to work
There is a recall on the 2001 Malibu blinkers. I'm not sure exactly what had to be fixed but my Malibu was having the same problems but seem to work fine now. There is a recall on just about every late 90's to early 2000's Malibu. Even my 2000 Grand Am has the same recall! If I run the AC they seem to work again. It's weird It is probably a bad emergency light button. The blinkers are wired through it, so when it starts going out so will the blinkers. Its about $25 and takes 5 min to change.
Separate circuits.
Yes, that is weird.
everyone can have fun even weird people!!!
Not all the droids in Star Wars talk. Some make noises, like R2-D2. Those who can speak are rather limited to protocol droids and others like Trade Federation battle droids; the battle droids have a limited vocabulary even then. Others, like pit droids, make weird noises...
Some people like to sit in peace and quiet and noises disturb them or even get on their nerves.

Yes, it is Illegal, due to the fact that it ISNT registered, inspected, ect. It would also need a valid license. The blinkers included are for recreational pouposes only.
From personal experience, Verizon Wireless. Nextel/Sprint is not very good around this area, they always make weird noises and drop calls all the time. I have never has a problem getting service with Verizon even in the country.
Actually children of any age or even adults get frightened of loud noises like thunder etc. So, there is not a fixed age for children to start to get frightened of loud noises.
its weird because you probaly dont even no that person and hes winking at you
