- While it is not uncommon for a few young women to wear men's underwear it is uncommon for a female friend to want to wear their male friend's clothes and this may indicate that she is either bisexual or a lesbian. If you are such good friends then communicate your feelings and ask her why she wants to borrow your clothes and she will probably give you a straight answer.
