Try coming to a FULL STOP shift gear lever to Neutral, then shift to 4-wheel low and then shift to "Drive"
Assuming you have checked the bulbs, check the brake light switch.

It may be the wiper switch, it may be the motor. You may want to try putting power directly to the motor to confirm that the motor is good.
The alarm switch system is not working right. This could be a door switch, or a wiring problem. the system needs to be checked one switch at a time, then the wiring is checked next.

have you checked fuses and relays? Yes, I actually replaced the blower motor module & that didn't work. The Blower Motor itself spins freely & there doesn't seem to be any electrical issues. Could it be the Blower Motor speed switch??? If so, is that hard to access?

I would go to the high beam switch next (test not replace)
A relay is a low voltage switch On my 1995 Ford Explorer I believe there are around ( 35 relays ) in various locations of the vehicle for various systems
Either the switch or resister network has failed and needs to be replaced.
If your headlights, horn and everything work, I would have the ignition switch checked out. Make sure you checked all ingition fuses and relays first.
If a washer pump was replaced on a Jeep Wrangler and is still not working the fuses should be checked. The washer switch should also be checked as it could also be causing the pump not to work.
