No matter if you’re a morning or a night person, morning showers naturally help anyone wake up. There’s nothing better than a fresh shower to give you more energy for your workday. Another benefit to morning showers is that you cleanse yourself of any night bacteria.
I prefer to shower at night because then I wash off all the sweat from the day and get into bed feeling clean and comfy.
About twice a day, in the morning and at night.
It is best to only shower at night per 2 day. This is because like my teacher said, showering too long can actually ruin our skin!!!! At morning, if you shower, sweat might get on you after you shower, especially if you are exercising or going to school. When you come back, dirty bacteria or dust and sweat will be on you, and you will end up showering 2 times a DAY!!! So basically, it is good to just take the germs a journey to the sewer at night.
For a DRY face: Morning- wash face (in shower or in sink) exfoliate face moisterize Night- wash face (in shower or sink) moisterize For an OILY face: Morning- wash face (in shower ir sink) exfoliate splash cold water on face (close pores) Night- wash face (shower/sink) moisterize (even if you have oily skin because it will reduce the appearance of pores) For a COMBONATION face: Morning- wash face (shower/sink) Night- wash face (shower/sink) exfoliate moisterize
Shower either once every day or every 2 days. if u cant shower at night do it in the morning. :)
Every day at night or in the morning.(PS. If u dont then u are crusty.)
For me, it's in the evening because if I do it in the morning, I would rush it and I would feel like I would miss school
I take it in the night. Like I said, I don't wanna retake it
Either. Both are okay, it all depends on your preference. Personally, I prefer to take one in the morning to refresh me up, and another one at night to wash off the dust and sweat from the day. I would take a pair of showers every 2 or 3 days as it's actually unhealthy to wash too often. Taking shower does clean your body, but too much chemicals or rubbing will do harm to your skin's natural protection.
Some dermatologists only recommend a shower every other day, or two to three times a week. Many people hit the shower at least once a day, either in the morning or at night before bed. Depending on the day and your activity level, you might even take two or three showers.
