HI THERE MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE TELLS ME YOU HAVE GOT AN EARTH FAULT WHICH IS USUALLY CAUSED BY WATER INGRESS. SO PLACES TO CHECK ARE THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS ON BOTH REAR LIGHT CLUSTERS AND ON CERTAIN MODELS FIESTAS HAVE ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS ON THE LIP OF THE HATCH BACK WHICH MATE WITH CONNECTIONS ON THE EDGE OF THE BOOT JUST INSIDE THE RUBBER SEAL . THEY MAY JUST NEED CLEANING HOPE THIS HELPS CHEERS
