Most parents are very much protective of their children. Sometimes they tend to overreact on the things that their children do, thus, the over-protectiveness. Try to show your parents that you're mature enough to do things on your own. In this case, trust will be developed and your parents will in turn slow down.
Sometimes (rarely), parents just don't want their children to grow up, and thus convince themselves that their child is not mature and so they treat you like a five-year-old.
Or it could be (if you are the youngest in your family) that since you are youngest, they still see you as a kid. I am youngest in my large family, and for the longest time I was being treated like a five-year-old. Thankfully, my parents stopped treating me that way after a while. Hopefully, yours will too.
Sincerly,

Can parents tell a 17 year old that they can have a boyfriend if the guy is like 15
Be nice to her and treat her like your best friend.
Because you are a bad parent.
Always treat them with respect, and be a person of integrity
Its simple, but don't go behind anyone's back, especially your parents or her parents. If you like her then ask her out.
Your parents do ;)
Nothing. You are a minor and your parents have the right to determine who you can go out with and why. Your parents are right on this. Ask yourself why would a 16 year old boy want to go out with a 13 year old? The answer isn't he likes you.
It depends.. I don't think he will be friends with a ten year old.. He would actually not care. He wouldn't treat you like you knew him for long.. He will treat you like you were still a big fan. I mean like HIS FRIENDS He treats them like "we're cool we're cool" But he will treat you special.. I believe the person that ask this question was a 10 yr old girl
Treat her like a little lady instead of a girl-chivalry does not have to be dead.
No but the parents of the 15 year old can
Yes. Even if you are with her and her parents, an 18 year old can get in toruble for that.
No, not legally. But it's not like the police are going to find out : )
