Well lets think about this, your assumption is flawed! All Vagina's in your words "Reject" the ejaculate, not just your wife.
The Vagina is not a receptacle that consumes ejaculate. it is a potential space that allows the ejaculate to line it then allows the excess to drain away. pour water in a plastic bag & it occupies the some of the potential space that the bag can create. The Ejaculate stays there as long as the bag is upright, turn the turn the bag upside down and it all drains away.
A Vagina doesn't absorb the ejaculate, doesn't drink it, doesn't consume it, it accepts it in the short term, then allows it to drain away. A few million of the sperm in the ejaculate may go for a swim, but the billions that are washing around in the bulk of the ejaculate drain away, it is & always part of the plan.
