If you are repairing the horn, you will find the horn housing under the front left fender on the "Driver" side of the car near the blinker. You have to get on the ground to see it.
No it means you have your left blinker on. The right bulbs have nothing to do with the left blinker. An incandescent bulb either works or it doesn't. There is no dying out.

If your "left blinker" is on, to change it, "push up" the blinker arm that is on your steering wheel. If your right blinker is on, push the arm down to change it to the right blinker. This works on All Cavaliers and most other cars made in the U.S.
First you have to hit the button to "Relearn Tire Positions" with the vehicle running and in park. When you hit the button, the horn will beep twice, and the display will read "Relearning Tire Positions". You then have to get out of the vehicle and go to the left front tire and remove the air valve and let air out of the tire for at least 5 seconds. When you are done, after a couple of seconds, the horn will beep once. Then you go to the right front tire and repeat the procedure, then the left rear tire, then the right rear tire. They must be done in this order! The horn should beep once after every wheel you do, and then when you are done, the horn should beep twice again to let you know you've done it right. I think once you start the procedure, it gives you so many minutes to complete it (like five minutes, I think). Good luck! Do the above with ignition on or engine running. Once you have release air pressure from each wheel and heard the double beep at the right rear wheel refill tires to 35psi or 240kp. The display will recalibrate. At this point turn the igntion off and restart engine. The light will now be out.

I have an '86 Chevy S-10. The wiper, blinker, dimmer, and cruise control are all in one switch. The cruise wires are threaded through the hollow shaft of the blinker arm and come out through a slot just inside the column cover. I recently replaced this switch because over along time of using the blinker, dimmer, and wipers, the wires had frayed through where the cruise wires come out of the blinker arm. Have a friend who is good at mechanics inspect the wiring and see if this is the problem. Replacing my blinker arm from a junk yard will solve my problem for a little while.
