Why does one keep getting an error after trying to join a site by credit card could it be because one just paid off a bill?

Call your Credit card company and flag or dispute any charges caused by this!
If you are sure its not a scam:- You computer may be out of date
- Contact the Web Site and ask them about your error message problem
- Most legit websites have a FAQ section too help you figure out whats wrong.
