If the driver's side works it is probably a broken linkage or wiper transmission problem not a fuse
You may just need to change the wiper blade on the driver's side. Try this first and then take it to a mechanic to have it properly diagnosed.
If the passenger side works but the driver side doesn't, the linkage under the arm is broken.
if your wipers shut off in the upright pos it is wiper tranmission i have one 603.485.3150 tHE PASSENGER SIDE DOES NOT WORK. tHE DRIVER SIDE IS FINE
There'll be a linkage which connects the two wipers together... that may have come loose or gotten broken otherwise.
If the passenger wiper works, either the drivers side wiper arm or the windshield wiper transmission is defective. The linkages that work the wiper arms is called a transmission.
Check your wiper linkage under the hood and/or the tightness of the wiper arm on the wiper spindle.
Check your wiper linkage and/or the splines on the spindle.
Go to a MECANAIC...
it is only the drivers side wiper that is having the problem it works randomly but does not go all the way across the windshiled when it does work. The passenger side windshield wiper works fine.
Its likely A very simple fix. Take it to A service shop and ask them to fix it, WHILE YOU WATCH, I bet it won't take more than 5 minutes. They will likely charge you $30.00, I have never charged A dime for this fix if its what I think it is.
Check the window fuses. They are located underneath the driver side kick panel. If the fuses are blown the windows will not work.
