Why does psp freeze after putting on cfw 6.60 pro b9 on a psp 3000 it updates and restarts but after restarting the icons on the psp are flickering but you cant click on any of them?

Try to format your PSP and then reinstall the firmware that will most likely fix the problem since some of the files may be corrupted
