Some people are sexist simply because of their upbringing, sadly. Others are sexist because of personal contemplations and judgemental habits. By making some kind of sexist remark (speaking seriously, or even jokingly) someone reveals a large part of their personality as well as who he/she is as a human. So there you have it.
So many people are sexist either because they get pleasure in making the other sex mad or just truly believe they are better. There is also the fact there doing it to fit in.
Racism and sexism exist because of fear. Many people believe that power brings security, therefore they are afraid when one group threatens that power and security. It is easier to target groups that do not look like you do than to target people with in your own group. The bigot can easily get others to go along with their behavior because people are naturally afraid of what they do not know. Racism and sexism is all about power and control and keeping that power and control because people believe that with power and control comes security.
They think that they are more dominant but they are not. They havnt deserved anything to be the boss.. They are just bossy and force poor woman to do things and that is horrible and will get dealt with seriously.
I have seen girls who have dominated boys and left the boys begging for mercy.. So sexism is just wrong and lay it down and have some peace instead with a nice equal world.
Yes, sexism against men does exist. It's called misandry, which is the male counterpart of misogyny.

Sexism is like racism but instead of making fun of others' race, it's making fun of the opposing gender
