Roxas has two key blades because he is Sora's nobody and since sora's the master of keyblades,he get's two keyblades like he has in his valor,wisdom,master and final form so that means if roxas is part of the organisation xiii get's two keyblades like he's in his in his valor,wisdom,master,and final form!-----------------------------------------------------------------yes the one above is a valid argument but i believe it was for other purposes xion the clone of sora has a keyblade and roxas fights xion i think that roxas has xions keyblade as well i have proof behind this in the last mission of 358/2 roxas walks out with his hood on and he has 2 kingdom keys! They change into oathkeeper and oblivion i think oathkeeper also off the record is the soul of xion and the oblivion is the anger of roxas but that is my opinion

He had a friend named Xion (a replica). She also was a Keyblade Bearer.
Then She died and Roxas took control of it. And they also changed form

∙ 13y agoAfter Xion dies (he fights her...) Roxas absorbs her keyblade, along with her memories of Sora. Therefore he remembers about the Oblivion and the Oath Keeper, so he is allowed to use it.(Originally Roxas has NO idea about those keyblades)

The forms you use two keyblades are Valor, Master and Final, the ones you can't is Wisdom and Anti.

No, you cannot. There is a point in the beginning of Kingdom Hearts II, however, when you fight a boss with dual keyblades. You play as Roxas in The Mansion's basement, and you fight Axel, an Organization XIII member. You can also fight with dual keyblades when in Wisdom, Valor, Master, or Final Form as Sora (also in Kingdom Hearts II).
