Pop/soda and orange juice are both acidic, and will probably erode a penny.. It won't make one rust, though. Iron and iron-based metal (like steel) rust, but a penny is copper-coated zinc, and will corrode (oxidize) by turning green.
Despite Urban mythes, soda doesn't take off significant amounts of rust. Stronger acids can remove oxide faster and more effectively, but the danger is greater. Not only that, but soda gets sticky after spilling it over something and strong...my-buzz.com for more info.
Most modern soda cans don't rust -- they're made of aluminum; Rust is Iron Oxide.
orange juice because of the acid
Since ornage juice contains citric acid it can attack a penny. However, soda usually contains phosphoric acid and so can do also.
Pennies don't rust; they're copper. They corrode. The phosphoric acid, carbonation and salt in soda will corrode a penny faster than the other liquids.
