It most likely shakes when it spins because when it washes, the load gets greater or heavier on one side. As a result, when it spins centrifugal force causes the heavier load to overcome the weight of the washer, causing it to spin.
The machine is off balance
This is normal for most washing machine designs. The reason is to enable access to spring attachments which allow the barrel/drum to move during cycles when machine is operating. If there was no 'wobble' the building housing your laundry machines would shake apart with the centrifugal forces created.
An out of balance load. To much weight on one side od the drum. Avoid washing heavy items like jeans, with light weight items like t-shirts. The jeans weigh more when wet and will put the load out of balance. If your load starts to shake, open lid, wait until the drum stops spinning, then even out the load in the drum.
could be the compresser bolts have come lose or it is not level on floor prehaps
A washing machine that shakes during the spin cycle is off-balance. This is caused by (1) the machine is not level, or (2) the load has shifted OR is too heavy for one load. To correct this:Make sure NOT to overload the machine. If you are washing something heavy, make sure you evenly distribute the item around the agitator. Wash light weight items with a couple heavier towels. When the shaking starts, open the lid (top-loader only) and see if the load shifted to one side... re-balance, re-distribute the load.Balance the machine. All you need to buy is a Level (tool) and a package of shims (or use thick folded cardboard). A hardware store can instruct you about how to use a level. To bring the bead inside the tool to midline, place shims or folded cardboard under the feet on whichever side(s) is / are lowest. Continue until the level shows the bead at midline. ** This is the most common cause of shaking. It can become so badly off balance that the machine "walks" (moves from its position). If you do not make sure the machine is level, the constant shaking can damage the motor and agitator.

You shake off the poo outside and toss it in the washing machine. Make sure to use scent-free soap.

One can find the instructions to use the milk shake machine on the manual that came with the milk shake machine. If there was no manual, you can find the manual from the manufacturer's website.
