Check your ABS sensor
ETS is connected to your ABS. ETS is a traction control and is linked to your ABS so to get your ETS light off you'll probably have to fix your ABS to get the light off. On mine, fixing a broken wire on my ABS plug which runs into the hub fixed my problem.
Probably because you have the ETS turned off.
There could be something wrong with the ABS system and check the ABS sensors on all wheels. Also check the connections to the ABS unit and the traction control button.
could b your abs sensor in you front cv joint`s
Something is wrong with the ABS system.
It is on because there is a problem with the Antilock Brake System (ABS).
what does ets, esp and abs warning lights mean on a 2000 ml Mercedes
The ABS light is on because there is a problem with the ABS system. The ABS light will remain on until it is fixed. The ABS system will not function as long as the ABS light remains on.
The ABS and ETS light are interconnected because they use the wheel speed sensors to calculate wheel slippage or wheel lock-up. If there is a faulty wheel speed sensor detected the computer will turn on the fault lights and disable the systems (will not work if the car goes into a skid, etc)
A 1991 E 150 abs light will stay on when there is a problem with the abs system. Check the abs sensors at the wheels for a loose connection.
You could, but the ABS light will stay on.
The ABS light might stay on because of a sensor issue. The braking system of most vehicles has several sensors that can cause the light to come on and stay on. This could also be a problem with brake pads or calipers.
